I really liked that the price was shown upfront with no weird hidden fees popping up later!!! What I saw at the beginning was exactly what I paid at checkout, so the whole thing felt nice and easy!!!

I was expecting it to look a little more presentable, but the box was plain and gave off a bit of a low-effort vibe. I ended up rewrapping it myself before giving it as a gift.

I ordered this after looking at the pictures a few times, kind of while I was sitting on the couch trying to decide between a couple similar ones. The photos definitely made it look nicer than it is in person. The color was a little off from what I expected, and some of the details didn’t really match up. It’s not awful or anything, and I’m not mad about it, but I did think it would look a bit better based on the listing photos

"Refund took forever and support felt scripted"
My refund took way longer than it should have, and I had to keep following up just to get any kind of update. The most frustrating part was that support kept sending what felt like the same copy-paste replies instead of actually addressing my question. It eventually got sorted, but the whole process was way more annoying than it needed to be.

"I just couldn’t feel fully comfortable ordering"
I was kind of interested at first, but I don’t know, the site just didn’t really make me feel confident enough to go through with an order. Some of the information felt a little vague, and I kept looking for clearer details that would make me feel like it was safe to buy, but I couldn’t really find what I needed.
Maybe I’m being overly cautious, and maybe other people have had a perfectly fine experience, but for me the trust just wasn’t there. I decided not to take the chance because I didn’t want to end up dealing with issues later and wondering if I should’ve trusted my gut.

"Quality didn’t match what I expected"
I ordered from Boneandgrey, and I was let down by the quality once it arrived. The website made it seem like the item would be well-made and sturdy, so I was kind of confused when it didn’t really match that at all.
At first glance it looked okay, but after using it for a short time, it started to feel cheap. There were a few spots where the stitching looked messy too, which was frustrating considering the price.
Maybe I just happened to get a bad one, but based on my experience, I don’t think I’d order from them again. It just didn’t feel like it lived up to what was shown or described on the site.

"Delivery felt weirdly unreliable"
I ordered from Boneandgrey the whole delivery situation felt off. The date kept changing like nobody wanted to be straight about where the package actually was, and I had to keep checking for updates myself. At some point it felt like the tracking info was just there to keep me quiet. It finally showed up way later than expected, but the whole process was messy and annoying. Not exactly reassuring when you’re waiting around for something you paid for. I wouldn’t order from them again...

"Tracking felt kind of all over the place"
I ordered something from boneandgrey.com and the tracking part was more annoying than I expected. It kept showing the same thing for a few days, so I started thinking maybe it had not even left yet, even though I guess tracking can be slow sometimes.
I had to keep checking it myself because I did not really get any useful update. Maybe they sent something and I missed it, but I do not think so, and either way it felt like I was just guessing what was happening.
The item did show up in the end, so it was not a huge disaster or anything. But the tracking experience was confusing and slow, and I think clearer updates would make it feel a lot less stressful

I ran into an issue with my order and tried reaching out to Boneandgrey for help, but it was a pain. The replies took a while, and when they finally got back to me, they didnt really answer what I was asking.
It kinda felt like they were just copy-pasting the same basic reply over and over. I still never got a clear answer, so I just gave up in teh end. Super frustrating and not what I expected

I ordered from Bone and Grey and the checkout process was smooth . I liked that I didn’t have to create an account , and my payment went through without any trouble . The only thing I’d say is that the shipping options could be shown a little more clearly before the very last step . Not a huge issue though , and overall I’d probably order again .

"Fast shipping and easy tracking"
I ordered from boneandgrey.com and was impressed with how quickly my package showed up. The tracking worked smoothly the whole way, which made me feel confident everything was moving along. It did arrive one day later than the original estimate, but that really wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I’m happy with the delivery speed and would feel comfortable ordering from them again.

I tried getting in touch with Boneandgrey about my order, the replies were really slow and not that helpful. At first I wondered if maybe I hadn’t explained myself clearly enough, but the responses still didn’t really answer what I was asking.
I ended up having to follow up more than once, and even then the answers were vague. Maybe I just caught them at a bad time, but it made the whole experience feel more stressful than it needed to be. I don’t think I’d order again if that’s the level of communication.
